Nel 2006 consegue Laurea di primo livello in Ingegneria Meccanica presso l’Università di Udine con tesi dal titolo: Apparecchiatura scientifica per la deposizione di film sottili mediante magnetron sputtering. Nel 2000 consegue il diploma di Perito Industriale in Elettrotecnica e Automazione all’Istituto V. Volterra di San Donà di Piave.
Attività lavorativa e campi di ricerca
Dal 2007 svolge l’attività di Collaboratore Tecnico Ente di Ricerca presso l’Istituto di Chimica della Materia Condensata e di Tecnologie per l'Energia (ICMATE), con particolare interesse nella sintesi e deposizione di film sottili.
Durante il periodo di lavoro ha maturato esperienze nel campo della deposizione di film sottili mediante magnetron sputtering, tecniche di caratterizzazione di film, preparativa e analisi metallografica, progettazione e assemblaggio impianti da vuoto e sistemi PVD, trattamenti termici.
Sino ad oggi si è occupato della sintesi di film protettivi per ambienti critici: in presenza di ossigeno e particolato ad alta temperatura, a contatto con metalli liquidi, superfici esposte al plasma in ambito nucleare, ambiente marino, automotive, membrane dense su substrati porosi.
È responsabile dell'officina elettromeccanica.
È coautore di varie pubblicazioni su rivista.
- ATTIVITÀ DI RICERCA:
Montagner Francesco was born in San Donà di Piave, province of Venice, April 25 1981.
In 2007 he graduated in mechanical engineering at the University of Udine with a thesis entitled : Scientific equipment for the deposition of thin films by magnetron sputtering.
In 2000 he obtain a Diploma in Electronics and Automation at V. Volterra high school in san Donà di Piave.
Since 2007 he works as Technical Collaborator Research Institute at the Institute of Condensed Matter Chemistry and Technologies for Energy (ICMATE, formerly IENI) CNR of Padua , with particular interest in the synthesis and thin film deposition.
During the work period he gained experience in the field of thin film deposition by magnetron sputtering , characterization techniques of films , vacuum systems and PVD systems.
